The AC-DC
Filter ( Known as Magnetic flux transfusion Filter)

The advantages of the filter is that it can
trap pollution to below No1 dust Ashrae down to gaseous level and
beyond.
It is known as a SWEEPER FILTER it
works on multiple pass of the air flowing through the filter. The
more passes of RETURN and FRESH air through the filter the more
the smaller levels of pollutant are picked up such as Carbon, yeast,
pollen,all forms of fungi, mould and consequently bacteria, even
gas residues are trapped.
Most filters are rated at a single pass of air through the filter
these are all what is known as IMPACT Filters.The AC-DC filter is
not rated in this manner although tests have been done to give comparisons
to these ratings.
As most modern buildings are set up with a
FRESH air supply to the building this air travels through the AHU
is cooled or heated then travels on known as SUPPLY air this air
circulates through the building and is usually returned back to
the AHU for mixing with the FRESH air and then repeats the cycle
again and again.
This happens on multiple changes during the cycle of a day that
the air-conditioning is switched on.
The problem with all types of standard IMPACT filters is
that they are produced to only trap pollution at certain sizes of
dust particle only and no matter how many times the air passes through
these filters it only traps pollution to the designed size and the
rest of the smaller pollution is never trapped and continues to
buildup within our building structures,consequently we arrive at
the " Sick building Syndrome." And the older buildings
become the more buildings fall into the "Sick Building Syndrome"
It is estimated that at least 20% of our modern buildings fall within
this situation. any building that is 10 years or older is susceptible
to fall into this condition without the proper maintenance structure
in place.
It is extremely
important that building owners and managers and engineers responsible
for the maintenance of air-conditioning systems look at means and
ways to improve the air quality under their management this also
applies to manufactures of air-conditioning systems, consulting
engineers and architects who design our modern structures.
>With many diseases and sickness, and polluted air circulating
in and around our buildings it has become extremely important that
research and development and expenditure is put into better filtration
levels to protect our people.
It is not acceptable that when people die or become seriously ill

times before replacement is required.
5# The envelope media filter is extremely price effective against
standard filters when replacement is required.

the transfer of electric current is solid point construction with
direct power supply to the directional screen, the electronics are
set in locations so that immediate inspection can see if the filter
or filters are working.

and runs of 110 V, 220- 260 V power supply.
