IAQ Technologies are
Pioneers in the introduction of highly sophisticated
air duct cleaning systems into Australia and Internationally,
Indoor Air Quality Technologies Pty Ltd, (IAQT), has made significant
inroads in its fight against bacteria and disease caused through
neglected duct work in Commercial and Industrial Buildings.
Extensive research shows that Building owners and
managers are largely unaware of how to combat the spread of internal
air borne bacteria and viruses throughout a building, or how
to reduce fire risks easily from exhaust and industrial conveyance
systems.
Founders Mr, Alistair MacMillan & Mr Mark Ashton and Shortly
after Mr Carl Straub joined the team established IAQ over a decade
ago. The introduction of the tried and tested Collom System (USA)
promised a highly specialised service in the challenge to safeguard
individual health and well-being in the workplace. It would also
enhance existing maintenance services provided by the Heating
Ventilation and Air Conditioning Industry (HVAC) and
industrial conveyance systems. Mr. Carl Straub is the Managing Director
of IAQ Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. ).
And Mr Straub has joined with Mr. Robert Thein Pe a Director of
IAQ Technologies Thailand and, the Managing Director of a Major
Hotel Chain based in Thailand.
And the Directors of IAQ Technologies Pty Ltd of Australia are Mr
Alistair MacMillan and Mr Richard Nicholson.
The companies have a strong belief in the
delivery of an exemplary customer service and superior workmanship
on all projects, regardless of size. It is the unfailing
ability of the IAQT to comply with these principles that has attracted
such prominent Clients as the Hydro Electric Commission, Hobart
City Council, Tasmanian Police Department, 'Spirit of Tasmania'
and Wrest Point Casino and in Thailand PTT-EP Petroleum, Kodak,
CP Foods, Many of the big Hotel groups.

Throughout Thailand and Asian Countries to forge new paths, improving

for Australia, New Zealand and Thailand

the health of individuals, by developing and distributing advancedproducts

maintaining hygienic conditions in ventilation
systems.
The Key Management Team
has a collective experience exceeding 40 years. A highly
skilled group noted for their ability in Heating Ventilation and
Air Conditioning Plumbing, Electrical works, Project Management,
Waste management control and Mechanical engineering and Environmental
Technology and a high degree of Business management
Employees have specific trade backgrounds in Mechanical Plumbing
and undergo rigorous training courses in Machine Application,
Occupational Health & Safety and First Aid. Key personnel are
strategically placed on site to deal with all issues to ensure successful
project completion.
Reliable Industry relationships with and including ancillary agencies
have been developed both locally and overseas. Additional advice
and back-up support can be readily called upon to meet any situation
ensuring a 'total' Client service.
A fleet of fully equipped Isuzu Service Vehicles with Atlas Copco
compressors are stringently controlled and maintained in excellent
working order to prevent breakdowns and loss of valuable project
time. Essential equipment is Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
endorsed.
